Metal Cast Pattern Making
We believe that in order to ensure the right finished product is produced for our customers we put steps in place to ensure we get it right at every stage of the production process.
This starts with the initial discussion with customers about what they want us to produce for them and how it is to be used and from there we explain how it this product will be produced.
Pattern Making is one of the first and most critical steps in the casting process. The end product of the casting can only be as good as the initial pattern. The pattern is essentially an exact copy of the item which is about to be cast.
After the pattern is made a sand mould is formed around it, once removed this leaves a cavity into which molten liquid is poured to form the casting. Our custom-built pattern store houses over 10,000 customers’ patterns in designated areas with locations filed on computer.
Our pattern-makers combine traditional skills with modern technology to produce quality pattern equipment in wood, metal or resin. Our team of highly skilled pattern makers will be on hand to guide you through the process and create an end product which is to your exact requirements.
